Diet Hell 2

Diet Hell 2
I missed an intregale/important part yesterday
In conjunction with
Willpower
No sugar
No flour
Drink lots of water
ADD
No root vegetables

also just a little thing as  I Iike this sort of thing, I record my before I goto bed weight and my when I get up weight ...... just because.........

It may look like a lot of no's but there are a lot of interesting yes's .... you just have to look for them..... Which really makes it exciting and interesting

Diet Hell

This is like day 50 with this diet and although it is very hard I am enjoying the results. When I started I weighed 202 pounds and today I weigh 178 pounds. There are 4 basic ideas with this diet.   .... 1. A great deal of willpower as food habits are addictions which need to be broken.... 2. No Sugar ... check food labels and food guides to eliminate as much sugar products from your diet... Simply no sugar.....3. No grain/flour products ie bread, pasta, rice products ... Simply no flour .... 4. Drink lots of water, the natural flushing agent, when I go to bed hungry at nite....I drink water....and tough it out....So there it is.... Keep it Simple .... Oh and I record my weights morning and evening (before I go to bed and when I get up)
It's definitely not easy, but  what worthwhile is? So with great determination and willpower I shall survive ......…
